Shipping Coverage

We ship PAN India to almost all pincodes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking): Free Shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat fee of ₹60 applies to all COD orders.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are packed with care and handed over to our courier partner within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, our primary logistics partner, Bluedart, typically delivers orders within 4 to 6 business days.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

Delivery Delays & Damage

While BlueDart ensures highly reliable handling, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or regional disruptions. Please note that because Capiz shells are delicate, please inspect your package carefully upon arrival and refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video requirement.
