We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Capiz shell wind chimes. However, because Capiz shells are natural materials, slight variations in texture, color, and natural transparency are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

For payment processing, we utilize secure third-party gateways including Razorpay (supporting UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and NetBanking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) services. You agree to clear all COD dues to the logistics agent upon delivery. Refusal to accept COD orders may result in the blacklisting of your account from future purchases.

Section 4 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
